The concept of 9’000 sq.m shopping in Kaunas developed and embodied by Re&Solution in Kaunas

 A new shopping mall “Dainava” was presented to the public on February 11th in Kaunas. Visitors can find many well-known shop names, such as „Danija“, „Drogas“, „Era Plius“, restaurant “Laikinoji sostinë”, as well as new ones, which comprise comfortable 9’000 sq.m shopping complex together with “Rimi” food store and nearby situated spacious (300 places) parking lot. One can find various services in one place: a playground for children, a beauty salon, a solarium, an Internet café and even a post-office.
Re&Solution company developed the concept of this shopping mall and embodied every step of it, beginning with the corrections of the layout, strategy, leaseholders, and ending with the opening strategy, administration aspects, and the name itself.
Re&Solution project manager Andrius Vitkus, who was responsible for the project “Dainava”, says: “This shopping mall has been developed not just by following some kind of a sample, but by shaping it exactly to the needs of local residents, considering the particularities of the area. The opening of the shopping mall “Dainava” and the customer flows in it have once again proved that company Re&Solution is able to develop not only complex projects in the capital city Vilnius, but also in other cities of Lithuania”.
“The majority of real estate developers do care not only about the current income from lease, but rather more about a long-term success of the project, what is the purpose and the result of the consulting work we do”, – says the managing director of Re&Solution Mr. Ričardas Čepas.
