Sale of shopping center GRAND DUKE PALACE
Re&Solution represented former owner Middle Europe Investments Baltija in sale of shopping gallery GRAND DUKE PALACE. This shopping center, located in Vilnius high street Gedimino Avenue was sold to Finish investment bank EVLI equity fund Evli Property Investment (EPI) Baltic for 23 million EU.

Sale of shopping center MOLAS
Re&Solution represented former owner local company Vegida in sale of shopping center MOLAS in Kaunas. MOLAS was acquired by international investment fund BTP Optima, the most active investor in Baltic real estate sector.

Sale of shopping center GRANDUS
Re&Solution represented former owner VITI in sale of new shopping center GRANDUS in Klaipėda. GRANDUS was sold to local investment fund Baltic Real-estate Investments (BNTP) right after its opening in the end of year 2005.
