It is a minimalist approach that encourages simplicity, functionality, and spatial clarity, allowing for a life free from chaos and excess worries.<\/p>\n

\"The building was designed to blend harmoniously into its environment and neighborhood, while the large enclosed inner courtyard will provide residents with privacy and peace. The architectural solutions are carefully considered down to the smallest details \u2014 not only indoors but outdoors as well, creating spaces for pleasant and relaxing leisure for both children and adults,\" says \u0160atikas.<\/p>\n

The building rising on Sakal\u0173 Street will offer all the comforts required for modern living: from underground parking to advanced technological solutions for daily convenience.<\/p>\n

New construction in \u017dv\u0117rynas is almost nonexistent<\/strong><\/p>\n

The uniqueness and strong buyer interest in KANSO Sakal\u0173 4 stem not only from the project\u2019s design and prime location, but also from the lack of new construction options in this part of the city. For many reasons, new project supply in this area is extremely limited.<\/p>\n

\u017dv\u0117rynas architecture is highly protected and clearly stands out in the city due to the district\u2019s rich history, which dates back to the 16th century, when the area belonged to the famous Radziwi\u0142\u0142 family, who had established a hunting reserve there. In the 19th\u201320th centuries, \u017dv\u0117rynas became popular among city dwellers as a resort district with mineral spas and bathhouses. Today, it captivates with its wooden architecture, which gives the area its unique charm.<\/p>\n

\"In developing this new project, we built it to be modern, minimalist, and energy-efficient, but in both form and emotional character, it integrates sustainably into and enhances \u017dv\u0117rynas\u2019s rich historical landscape,\" says the head of the project management company.<\/p>\n

Not the first creation guided by KANSO philosophy<\/strong><\/p>\n

KANSO Sakal\u0173 4 is not our team\u2019s first creation in Vilnius inspired by the culture of Japanese minimalism. The developer has recently completed a 72-apartment residential project in U\u017eupis, on Polocko Street, and a 36-apartment project in Vilnius Old Town, on Labdari\u0173 Street.<\/p>\n
