With these sales, nearly half of the project has already found its future residents \u2013 40% of the units are now sold.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSpace and the feeling of openness are among the top priorities for clients looking for luxury housing. We often hear that there\u2019s a severe shortage of large new-build apartments in Vilnius. That\u2019s why from the beginning, we knew we had to approach space planning flexibly \u2014 adapting homes to our clients\u2019 lifestyles.
