In \u017dv\u0117rynas, near Vingis Park and the Neris River, two apartments were sold in March in the newly developed real estate project KANSO Sakal\u0173 4, each valued at around one million euros. According to data from the Citify platform, these two sales represent two-thirds of all luxury new-build property sales in the capital during March.

In March, agreements were reached for two apartments in KANSO Sakal\u0173 4, a new real estate development in \u017dv\u0117rynas near Vingis Park and the Neris River. Both apartments exceed 150 sq. m in size, offering residents an exceptionally spacious living environment. With these sales, nearly half of the project has already found its future residents \u2013 40% of the units are now sold.<\/p>\n

KANSO Sakal\u0173 4 is not the first project by Resolution inspired by the principles of Kanso. Currently, 40% of the KANSO Sakal\u0173 4 project has been sold, and construction is nearing completion. By the end of April, once the main construction works are finalized, prospective homeowners will be able to see the site and evaluate how its solutions are tailored to the spirit of \u017dv\u0117rynas.<\/p>\n

The project\u2019s uniqueness lies not only in its architectural approach but also in the fact that new developments in \u017dv\u0117rynas are almost nonexistent \u2014 suitable plots for larger projects have essentially disappeared.<\/p>\n
